The Green Concoction
 1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1 cup coconut water
You can add apple to make it sweeter. I add a little cinnamon.
I also add powdered Spirulina and Raw Protein to mine.
